All men in ministry are invited to a free pastors' luncheon on Thursday, June 6th, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Church of the Living Christ of Loysville, 2401 Fort Robinson Rd., Loysville, in Perry County. The Keynote speaker is Dr. Joel Bee-kee, founder and president of Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Admission is free, lunch is free, and every man in attendance will receive free new books donated by Christian publishers all over the United States and the United Kingdom. Young's Church of Mechanicsburg, 7075 Wertzville Rd., Mechanicsburg will have a spaghetti dinner to support Selfless Service, a service that helps military families in central PA, Friday, June 14 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. The meal will include spaghetti and meatballs, a roll, side salad, cup cake and a drink of coffee, water, or iced tea. You may eat in or take out. For ages 10 or older the cost is $10.00, ages 4-9 is $5.00, and 3 and under are free. Shiremanstown United Methodist Church, 125 E Main St., Shiremanstown, in their Fellowship Center behind the church, has registration open now for their upcoming Vacation Bible School, June 17th-20th.
